lecture at 11am tmr.
aft that dss from 2 to 4.
will be chionging the LMS e-learning assignment tmr evening.
to be handed in by wed,
have to watch a vid den write about how i feel. Word count 500.
excel and i are still strangers.
know nuts about excel. shitty shitshit.
am printing my notes now at 1.10am.
f-ing tired.

training tday was alright.
went home aft lecture at 1pm.
did some assignments and left home for training at 5pm.
rained but stopped before training started.
court was wet, balls were dirty, slippery. damn.
played like 3v3, 4v4?
laoheng arrived at arnd 7plus i think. he's late.
dried the court and did some drills.
give & go, pick & roll stuff.
cass and prawn came arnd 8plus.
played 5on5 for like 10mins and the lights went off. haha.

laoheng sent Serene and Shenli to westmall.
and me home.
chatted wf him on the way back.
motivated ball once again.
i asked him wad should i do to improve?
he said, just shooot, dont penetrate.
Be a good controller, a good shooooter.
i need to improve my shooting.
My shots must be consistent.
i need to improve.
i seriously hope i can do it and not say say only.
